Paul Krämer studierte Dirigieren an der HfMT Köln zunächst bei Prof. Marcus Creed und später bei Prof. Peter Dijkstra.
Er arbeitet als Gastdirigent regelmäßig mit dem WDR Rundfunkchor, dem Netherlands Radio Choir und dem SWR Vokalensemble zusammen. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem oratorischen und chorsinfonischen Repertoire. Er dirigierte bereits das Gürzenich-Orchester Köln, die Bochumer Symphoniker, das Sinfonieorchester Wuppertal sowie Concerto con Anima und das Cölner Barockorchester.
Seine Tätigkeit führt ihn in die großen Konzerthäuser Europas, wie die Kölner Philharmonie, das Concertgebouw Amsterdam oder das Brüsseler Bozar.
Paul Krämer leitet die Kartäuserkantorei Köln sowie den Philharmonischen Chor der Stadt Bonn.

Paul collaborates regularly with the WDR Rundfunkchor, the Netherlands Radio Choir as well as with the SWR Vokalensemble. Next to a cappella music, his focus is the oratorio and choral-symphonic repertoire. He has already conducted the Gürzenich Orchestra Cologne, the Bochumer Symphoniker, the Sinfonieorchester Wuppertal, Concerto con Anima and the Cölner Barockorchester.
His work takes him to major venues throughout Europe, such as the Cologne Philharmonie, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam and the Bozar in Brussels.
